Righ now I wish I was in El Salvador enjoying these delicious coconuts from the beach. Nothing like drinking fresh, sweet coconut and enjoying the beach at the same time.
These pictures were taken a few years ago while visiting our dear friend Alfredo and his family at the beach. Alfredo wanted to give us some coconuts to take home.
After we moved to Santa Ana from the beach, we still loved to come and enjoy the beach and at the same time, we would enjoy this wonderful time with our friends.

My husband catching the coconuts from Alfredo. Seemed like the best way to cut these coconuts, since the branches were too heavy because of so many coconuts on one branch. Team work.
All waiting patiently, standing away so we don't get hit on the head with any of the coconuts while watching Alfredo's creativity of cutting down the coconuts.
Now it's our turn to pick the coconuts up and load them on the back of the truck. This is my son @joordanzzz with his friend Carlos having their workout.
These coconuts were pretty heavy, so the boys had a good enjoyable workout. Who can carry the most?
After all this hard work He! He! we got to enjoy some of the most delicious coconuts prepared by my husband.
