Water Drop in Leaf (Can be used for other things)

Have you ever seen water above the leaves?
Yes, we all have seen it, even very often we see when it rains or in the morning when the dew is still wetting the leaves.

Have we ever wondered what caused water not to wet the leaves? If you ever think like that means we are equal in thinking that. I once thought if the content in the leaves we can use in other things such as in asphalt in road construction, is very useful, the road is not wet when the rain, the road is not slippery, and most importantly can reduce the number of accidents in by the slippery road. But what can be said, we can only dream without being able to do anything.

Okay I'll explain a little bit what happens when the water does not wet the leaves Cohesion.

From wikipedia: Cohesion is a force of attraction between the same molecules. One aspect that influences the power of cohesion is the density and distance between molecules in an object. Cohesion is directly proportional to the density of an object, so that when the density is greater then the greater the cohesion gets.
In this case, the solid-shaped object has the greatest cohesion; in a weaker liquid form, and in the form of gas that has the weakest cohesion.
Cohesion and adhesion affect the shape of the liquid surface (meniscus) in a container. If the liquid has a greater adhesion than cohesion, then the meniscus to be obtained is a concave meniscus, such as the water surface in a glass container and water above the leaves.

I personally really hope for in the future there is a technology that can combine the cohesion in this leaf to be applied to the road construction.
Indeed it requires a very large cost of course but for our expectations it can all reduce the number of accidents on the road due to the slippery road because.
