Hiking the mountains in Northern Norway.
The mountain Reinneset 17.11.2018.
The 18. November my wife Monica, and I took a hike to a mountain called Reinneset in the fjord Skjomen outside of Narvik. This mountain divide the valley in two parts and give a nice view to the surrounding mountains. The mountain is smooth and shaped of the ice from the last ice age. It is a nice walk up the rock around 3 km one way. I think it is some great spots to watch the northern light on this mountain. During the winter I will try to get some pictures if I am lucky.
Hope you enjoy despite of many pictures.
The road to Narvik is on the right side of the fjord.
There is a glacier between the mountain peaks, but is a little difficult to watch because of the last snow in the mountain. The glacier is called Frostisen, (frost ice).
Best regards
Harald

Hi Harald! It looks like great trip. It´s only 3 km but how long did you walk up? If I were there I had to stop every minute to jut looking around and enjoying such a nice view. So many beautiful pictures! And your buddy followed you whole trip. Such a true friend :)
Thank you very much for nice comment. I took a lot of pictures as you see so it went quite slowly :-) Our dog Nero is a great friend.
