It's neat to read about animals populations recovering and trying to expand their range. Hopefully, this one will lead to more appreciation in Germany. I've slept under a picnic table in Elk Island National Park, to awaken with Wood Bison grazing all around me -- pretty spectacular. I laid there, watching, until they faded from the grassy area into the surrounding woods. Bison are pretty spectacular animals in so many ways. I hope the European bison keep expanding!
