3.Gilgit Baltistangilgit.jpg

Gilgit is situated in the North of Pakistan, just a little off from the Karakoram Highway and is the capital city of Gilgit-Baltistan. Gilgit is perhaps the most spectacular region of Pakistan because of its captivating landscape, rich cultural heritage and biodiversity, which make it a popular tourist hub.
Gilgit is home to a multitude of cultures, diverse ethnic groups and languages like the Shina and Burushaski but all the people are very hospitable and will make you feel right at home. The fact that the three highest mountain ranges in the world – the Himalayas, the Hindu Kush and Karakoram meet here makes Gilgit a mountaineer’s paradise.

4.Hunza Vellypassu-village.jpg

Hunza Valley is a mountainous valley located in Gilgit, which is an area under the government of Pakistan. The main town of Hunza, Karimabad (formerly known as Baltit) is the capital as well as most popular tourist destination of Hunza. As famous as the valley is for its beauty, the people of Hunza are also well-known for their friendliness and hospitality. Hunza’s tourist season is generally from May to October, because in winter the Karakoram Highway is often blocked by the snow. Unlike most places in Pakistan, Hunza valley has a very high literacy rate of more than 90%!
Hunza Valley is probably the most beautiful and most visited destination of Pakistan. I can surely say HUNZA VALLEY is Paradise on earth for travelers.
