The future of food is :
1°) Insects instead of livestock meat that is far more expensive to grow and taking up far more space
2°) Urban cultures
3°) Permaculture (points 2 and 3 are developped in your article)
4°) The Data food in order to help improve our eating habits / our eating education ( = thanks to an app/a software etc... i know precisely what is my food made of, consequently, i am aware of what to eat and what is best depending of the situation)

Though as I pointed out Ubran farming is going to be quite contaminated and maybe not that healthy.
