Greeting the morning sunsteemCreated with Sketch.

It is amazing how plants will track the sun. At night these flowers are all drooping and pointing toward the ground. Then once the sun begins to rise the flower heads rise and point themselves towards the east. As the day progresses the flowers follow the path of the sun and end up facing west by sunset, and start the process again the next morning.

Yep. That's why I turn my organic seedlings 180 degrees morning and evening. The exercise strengthens the stems. (upvoted)

exactly, it is good for most all plants to strengthen the stem/stalk. Wind and sun light does it normally in nature, but when we grow indoors or in greenhouses it is important to ensure we try to emulate nature as closely as possible, otherwise the plants won't grow to their full potential.
