Favorite Childhood Creature

How well are you familiar with a butterfly and moth ?

I caught a glimpse of this beautiful creature as i passed by my window this morning and i moved closer to have a good view .Was so happy to see a butterfly; not just the ones i do see on books but a live one .I spent about an hour looking at it both from outside and when i was inside the house.
I was so eager to show my friends so i found myself asking series of questions like is this truly a butterfly ? so i will also like to hear your thoughts if its truly a butterfly or a moth
