In diesem Jahr beschert uns die Natur so viele Pilzen, wie schon lange nicht mehr. Der Regen und das warme Wetter der vergangenen Tage sorgen für einen reich gedeckten Tisch. Wie eine Armee von Soldaten stehen sie im Wald und rufen, nimm mich mit! Der Parasol ist ein leckerer Speisepilz, der angebraten wie ein Schnitzel, fast wie Kalbfleisch schmeckt.
This year nature brings us more mushrooms than it has in a long time. The rain and the warm weather of the past days provide for a richly set table. Like an army of soldiers they stand in the forest and call, "Take me with you! Parasol is a delicious edible mushroom that tastes like a schnitzel, almost like veal.

Beim Sammeln sollte man ganz genau auf die Unterscheidungsmerkmale achten, um keinen tödlich 💀 giftigen Schirmling zu erwischen. Wer sich nicht zu 100% sicher ist, sollte den Pilz auf keinen Fall sammeln und verzehren!
When collecting, one should pay very close attention to the distinguishing features in order not to catch a deadly 💀 poisonous mushroom. If you are not 100% sure, do not collect and consume the mushroom!

Ja, so Parasol-Schnitzel sind schon lecker. Und man hat mit Putzen auch nicht so viel Aufwand wie bei kleineren Pilzen.
Da muss ich dir recht geben. Sammeln, putzen und die Zubereitung sind kein Kunstwerk und ruck zuck erledigt. Demnächst wird es bei uns sicher noch mal die vegetarische Variante vom Schnitzel geben 😋
Von diesem besonderen Pilz habe ich bis jetzt nur gehört. Da ich mich mit Pilzen überhaupt nicht auskenne, wird es wohl dabei bleiben ;-) LGG Ich vergaß zu erwähnen, dass deine Fotos super sind. ;-) Die haben Haltung! Schön ist in dem letzten Foto auch die Szenerie: selbst die grünen Pflänzchen stehen stramm!
Mir ist es wichtig bei meinen Fotos auch auf Details zu achten. Ein passender und harmonischer Hintergrund liegt mir genauso am Herzen wie mein eigentliches Motiv. Der Gesamteindruck entscheidet. Vielen Dank für dein Lob. Ich freue mich dass dir meine Beiträge so gut gefallen 😀
Ich lass das mit dem Pilze sammeln lieber und kaufe die im Supermarkt. Ich will noch etwas länger leben ;)
Aber tolle Fotos.
Mit meinen Augenblicken in der Natur will ich einfach ein bisschen Werbung für unsere heimische Flora und Fauna machen. Wer sich nicht richtig auskennt, sollte auf jeden Fall auf Experiment verzichten. Fotografieren ist aber immer gefahrlos möglich 😉

Ich kenne schon einige Pilze mehr. Man muss aber nicht alles essen was man kennt! Nimm doch mal an einer Pilzführung teil, da bekommt man Expertenwissen in der Praxis vermittelt. Es liegt also an dir ob du mehr willst 😉

Wo findet man denn solche Pilzführungen?
In unserer Region werden solche Führungen in der Tageszeitung und besondes in den kostenlosen Anzeigeblättern bekannt gegeben. Eventuell kannst du ja auch mal googeln, ob in deiner Region so etwas angeboten wird.

I'm not much of a mushroom expert. First and foremost I photograph mushrooms and enjoy being out in nature. Only a few mushrooms are put on the table, which I can clearly identify.
You can always see these growing from the street! I didn’t think they were edible, now I am curious to try! Thanks!

visually, they look like being some relatives to champignons (like a Coprinus, as well -- which is edible and said to be more tasty than champignons...) would like you to find and test them... and would like to see more posts from you after that

An edible parasol grows here too but so do poisonous ones aka the green spored "vomiter". I even saw some growing in downtown chicago.

With the real Parasol you have to pay attention to the characteristics like the movable ring and the grained stem. If you cut off the stem, it must not turn reddish. There are other edible species, but there are also many deadly species in this genus!

Lange kein Parasolschnitzel mehr genossen. Ich finde einfach zu viel anderes Zeugs. ;)
So ist das nun mal, wenn man die Qual der Wahl hat. Die Parasolschnitzel waren aber ausgesprochen lecker!
Ich fand die auch immer lecker. Umso unlogischer, daß ich sie nicht mehr mache(n) lasse. ;-)
