I like this blog because it reminds me of a time when I thought I had a Yucca plant in my yard, I was gong to eat it but realized I should probably do some more research. I it was a yuca with one c and it is poisonous I think, but in the end I never ate it just to be safe. Could someone answer my question? Some times when I go to the store and I see yucca/yuca root im never sure which one it is because it changes from Yucca to yuca I know there is a difference but I don't know which one has an edible root.
