The last point you made about mineral water, I'm not so sure about. Mineral water is just regular spring water. The problem is that it's passed through so many pipes and pumps and then stored in plastic bottles, which probably negates most of the benefits.
The best water filter I've come across is a large natural clay jug. Somehow it keeps the water cool and revitalises it.
Still any biologist will tell you you cannot assimilate minerals from water. It s impossible.
we only absorb minerals through oils then?
