Lionsmane tastes like lobster, I took it home and sautéed it with garlic & butter with noodles like a scampi. It’s very good for you. You should research it, some organic or holistic vendors may have access to growers. There’s a grower here in Nebraska. But I just go find mine in the wild. NEVER EAT A MUSHROOM YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO IDENTIFY. As with all responsible foraging I left several other specimens to the woodland critters, that’s the 3rd picture with 3 fresh ones just starting to grow. Always leave more then half of what you find so the resource can continue to propagate. As soon as summer hits I’ll be back on the prowl looking for more so there will be plenty of mushroom foraging pictures to come!!!!
