Nigeria is a blessed and beautiful country, different states with different natural resources. should incase you have more idea of other natural resources I will be glad if you can tell me more about them in comment.

States with same natural resources won't be explained/defined all over again, since it as appear once before on other state. It will only be listed.

Abia State

Abia state popularly known as "God's own state" is a state in the south eastern part of nigeria. The state is blessed with different kinds of natural resources, the popular natural resources in the state are:

  • Tar sands

popularly known as oil shale.

  • Bentonite

Bentonite clay is an absorbent aluminium phyllosilicate clay.

  • Phosphate

is an inorganic acid a trace gas.

  • Laterite

soil and rock type rich in iron and aluminium are mostly of rusty-red coloration, because of high iron oxide.

  • Copper

is a soft, malleable, and ductile metal with very high thermal and electrical conductivity.

  • Lead and Zinc

Carbonate-hosted lead - zinc ore deposits are important and highly valuable concentrations of lead and zinc sulfide ores hosted within carbonate (limestone, marl, dolomite) formations and which share a common genetic origin.

  • Kaolin

Kaolinite is a clay mineral, part of the group of industrial minerals, with the chemical composition Al₂Si₂O(OH)₄.

  • Gypsum

is a soft sulfate mineral composed of calcium sulfate dihydrate, It is widely mined and is used as a fertilizer, and as the main constituent in many forms of plaster, blackboard chalk and wallboard.

  • Limestone

Limestone is a sedimentary rock, composed mainly of skeletal fragments of marine organisms such as coral, forams and molluscs. Its major materials are the minerals calcite and aragonite, which are different crystal forms of calcium carbonate.

  • Crude Oil

Crude oil is a naturally occurring, unrefined petroleum product composed of hydrocarbon deposits and other organic materials. A type of fossil fuel, crude oil can be refined to produce usable products such as gasoline, diesel and various forms of petrochemicals.

Adamawa state

Adamawa state popularly known as "Highest Peak of The Nation" is a state in the northeastern part of nigeria. The state is blessed with different kinds of natural resources, the popular natural resources in the state are:

  • Bentonite

is an absorbent aluminium phyllosilicate clay consisting mostly of montmorillonite.

  • Gypsum

is a soft sulfate mineral composed of calcium sulfate dihydrate. It is widely mined and is used as a fertilizer, and as the main constituent in many forms of plaster, blackboard chalk and wallboard.

  • Kaolinite

is a clay mineral, part of the group of industrial minerals, with the chemical composition Al₂Si₂O₅(OH)₄.

  • Magnesite

is a mineral with the chemical formula MgCO₃. Mixed crystals of iron(II) carbonate and magnesite possess a layered structure: monolayers of carbonate groups alternate with magnesium monolayers as well as iron(II) carbonate monolayers.

  • Clay

  • Glass-Sand

Believe it or not, glass is made from liquid

  • Gypsum

  • Lignite

often referred to as brown coal, is a soft, brown, combustible, sedimentary rock formed from naturally compressed peat. It is considered the lowest rank of coal due to its relatively low heat content.

  • Phosphate & Salt

is chemical derivative of phosphoric acid. The phosphate ion, is an inorganic chemical, the conjugate base that can form many different salts. In organic chemistry, a phosphate, or organophosphate, is an ester of phosphoric acid.

Akwa Ibom

Akwa ibom state popularly known as "Land of Promise" is a state in the coastal southern part of nigeria. The state is blessed with different kinds of natural resources, the popular natural resources in the state are:

Bauchi

Bauchi state popularly known as " Pearl of Tourism" is a state in the northern part of nigeria. The state is blessed with different kinds of natural resources, the popular natural resources in the state are:

  • Gold

  • Columbite
