Yes these plants are in veg. Currently they are aggressively attacking these whiteflies. However I would be careful using them in bloom because if you have bugs on your flowers the ladybug will lay eggs on them and they will hatch all of your buds
if you did use in bloom just do a bud wash. i hear lady bugs leave poop behind too. but cant be no worse then dust that builds up.
Bud wash is where its at!
