I personally think nothing will happen today during the total eclipse of the sun, however I do enjoy Bart Simpson and the clues that may be discovered in some of the segments in dealing with planned future events. Bart Simpson and the Economist Magazine seem to go hand in hand occasionally. We shall See. Be sure NOT to wear your sunglasses during the eclipse. Only use a welding mask, if you have one. The fine folks on the news are telling us that welding masks do not give enough protection. I find that hard to believe. I believe it is a marketing gimmick to get us to spend our money on eclipse glasses that we will likely use once then toss.
Yes, any welding mask would give more protection then their silly little eclipse glasses. All about money.
