It's a Moth, It's a Butterfly??

Hey everyone, this was quiet a nice surprise. One of my most favourite plants in my vegetable garden is the Perennial basil, it tastes amazing, makes incredible pesto, great for cooking and fantastic in salads, with the added bonus my bees love it as well as all sorts of other weird and wonderful pollinators, like this glorious guy...

I head off to take some pics of my daily bee activity and was pleasantly surprised to capture this beauty in all his glory, 'technicolour dreamcoat' style...

This plant has a daily plethora of activity and I am quite often most pleasantly surprised with what stops by and pops in for a drink of nutritious nectar.
