Just Another Season
Trees have always been a life long fascination of mine and I always find myself wondering what they must have endured and all the stories that they had to tell were they able to.
Here is one tree that I came across that I was particularly fascinated by, not only for its sheer size, but also for its simplistic beauty.
And despite the fact that this tree is standing quite barren at this stage, this is merely on of the many seasons of this trees life that he has encountered and one of many more still to come, as soon as enough rain has fallen this Baobab tree will return to a state of prolific beauty once more.
Baobab's are such interesting trees @breezin we have one in a local park that has started getting leaves again, it is a lot smaller than this one.
Trees are such amazing creatures - and stories they can tell - and they do. Intelligent design - perfected - breathing CO2, giving O2, offering shade and shelter, hiding places, functioning as 'houses' for all kinds of life, and a food warehouse for others, donating building materials for nests and houses, and they're doing all that by offering majestic beauty.
