Do Potato Towers Work? Are they a gimmick or are they real?
Few people have reported that they have had success with potato towers. Some people think that potato towers are a gimmick or a wives tale. Some say that potatoes will not produce roots, or tubers, up the stem of the plant - and that potatoes will only grow down but not up.
In researching this, I've discovered that more gardeners report failure, rather than success, when using potato towers; therefore, this is a legitimate question: do we know everything there is to know about potato plants?
I think the only way that I'm going to be able to answer this question is if I perform my own experiment.
