Its intake avoids the unpleasant side effects that result from the use of drugs. But the properties of bromelain do not end here. Its antithrombotic action and its ability to make arteriosclerosis plaques are soluble have been demonstrated.

Keep in mind that pineapple is the only important food source of bromelain.

Tumors:

The pineapple is directly connected to the prevention of certain types of cancer, such as the mouth, throat and chest. Slimming:

Pineapple is a delicious tropical fruit. And the positive is that it can be consumed in different ways: fresh, cooked, juiced, sweet or canned. We only use the fruit, its leaves in the Philippines are also used to produce textile fiber.
