Here is my entry for the 6th day of @flamingirl 🌸 FLOWER POWER PHOTO CONTEST 🌸
This is a Globe Thistle which I found while hiking in Germany last summer. They are named after their globe shaped blooms. They look absolutely fantastic and they attract a lot of bees and butterflies. It was actually the first time I have seen this flower, although it grows at my doorstep.
