How the nature influences your mental health

Busy is a common in our daily activities today. We go to work starting from Sunday to friday or Saturday, starting at 07.00 in the morning to 16.00 or 17.00 in the afternoon. These activities make us tired and bored. we need something new, out of our daily activities. So what should we do?.
Go to the mountain or waterfall maybe the best solution. You can refresh your mind and inhale the fresh air. Look at the blue sky, see the green forest, fell the fresh water. These ones very good for your mental health.
Your nerves don't only need vitamin and nutrition but they also need to be relax after working hard for days. If your nerves are too busy, they will be tired, if they tired they will be sick and influence your work output, you will be stressful and you become ill.
The nature has the magic power to recharge your mental health. They will make you happy and relax. In addition, the fresh air will be good for your lugs . Carbon dioxide that you get from polution of machines in the city, will be replaced by the fresh air in the mountain.
But if I have no time to spend my leasure time, what should I do?. You can plant some flowers in your apartment. Seeing the flowers also make your mental to be healthy and happy.
