Our stray cat. poor little thing needs a home.

Hiya guys.

over the last few weeks we have had a cat coming into our yard, it likes to go through the bins and seems to have fallen in love with me as it always wants a little stroke.

until two days ago we thought that it was just a random cat coming in our yard because it is just nosey but it turns out it had chosen to live with us and we didn't even know it.

I went into out out house yesterday to find out wellies as it is getting wet and cold and when we are in the garden we need something waterproof for our feet.

I found the cat, who we have named daisy living in the out house, it had made itself a home and was using an old top of mine to sleep on.

My wife then took this picture of the cat.

And made a post in our local community website to see if anyone had lost it. there was no takers, but a nice lady spoke up and offered to scan the cat to see if it was chipped.

We took her up on the offer and within an hour she turned up at our door, she scanned the cat and there was no chip, she also checked the cat over to make sure it was well and healthy, it turns out to be really underweight and full of fleas.

she went back to her car with some flea killer and came back and put it on the cat, I was like this is nice of you, it turned out that she was a vet and she did stuff like this for animals because she thinks like us that ever animal has the entitlement to a healthy life.

We have asked around to see if anyone knows about the cat, it turns out that one of the neighbours moved out a month ago and has left her to fend for herself, it is a little upsetting to think that this cat once had a home, but now she is homeless.

she has a great temperament and loves to be stroked, she purrs like made when she see's us and she seems to like kids too.
We are not aloud to keep the cat, our landlord has made it clear that pets are not aloud in our house, but for now she has a nice warm bed in our out house that she can use.
