It's an anole!

I don't have those around here natively, but as a kid I had some and I got my daughter some when she was 5. She named the boy 'Kermit the Lizard.' And, yes, he was mostly green.

In my loft - post divorce - I have two fence lizards that have turned themselves into house lizards. Starting before the sun rises, they go after flies that are perennially getting inside. They can't climb the inside walls though and it can be a little...distracting with their jumping thumps.
