Fish in the batter on beer
Everybody knows how to fry fish. And you try to fry it in batter on beer. Fingers Lick !!!

For klyar need:
Flour - 1 glass with a hill
Light beer (dark will taste bitter) - 1 glass
Milk - 4-5 st.lozhek
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Salt - to taste (I salted the batter a little, but the fish is not salt at all).
Cooking:
Beat eggs with salt with a fork, add milk, beer and sifted flour.
Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps. The dough is obtained, as for pancakes.
Cleaned and washed fish cut into portions (3-4 cm thick),
dry on paper towel.
Pour oil into the pan to a height of at least 1 cm (can be fried in a fryer),
heat well. Fish "we drag" through the batter and fry until golden brown.
