Variegated tulip.
Variegated tulip. Their flowering is very early this year. And, of course, it's very ephemeral. You realize how unlikely it is to target them when you need to. The images in this series were made at the base of a hill partly covered by a small grove. Totally different habitats, one with many dozens, another with several hundred specimens.
The images of the plant were taken in the field, at a level that would seem approximately decent. It's a serious job to be selected. In total, more than 1,200 images were taken (with the bracketing series) - showing the variegated tulip. Different specimens, different colors, habitat… details. Macro & wide angle. Of these, about 60-80 should be selected. So about 5%, less than 10% anyway. This is how you can extract the quality that looks right. Or not at all?
Thanks.
