As far the eye Could See, The Trees Have Been Cut Down. Damn!

Previously this area is peatland forests overgrown with large trees. But now everything has been lost.

Palm oil companies cut down forests for planting palm.

This photo taken by me, sometime ago, in Nagan Raya District, Aceh, tip of Sumatera Island.

Even though this place is a habitat for rare animals such as orangutans and various types of other rare birds.
