As humans, laughter should be part of our everyday life and activity. This keeps us going all throughout the day and sustained us even when we are faced with challenging events.
Laughter is a must for every human being and is a vital part of the human existence.
Laughter is so powerful that is has curative abilities.
The Holy book(the Bible) admonishes that people should laugh more often than not, as "a merry heart doeth good like medicine"..... Proverbs 17:22
Surprisingly ,laughter has an unimaginable benefits than expected.

Did you know that laughter is so good that it acts as a powerful antidote to stress, pain, and conflict? Yea, nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh.
Humor lightens your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert. It also helps you to release anger and be more forgiving.

It is also cable of drawing people together in ways that trigger healthy physical and emotional changes in the body such as strengthening the immune system, boosting of moods, diminishing pains, and protecting from the damaging effects of stress.
Growing up as kids,our lives and activities were replete with lots of laughter and smiles in a single day, but as we get older, life tends to be more serious and laughter more infrequent. This shouldn't be,rather you should seek out more opportunities for humor and laughter, as this would help improve your emotional health, strengthen your relationships, find greater happiness and even add years to your life.

One major exciting facts about laugher is that it is FREE,FUN and EASY.
Laughing as an activity has the power to heal and renew the ability to laugh easily and frequently which is a tremendous resource for surmounting problems, enhancing relationships, and supporting both physical and emotional health.
