oh woohoo, I have been already wearing a -0.50 than the current power and you know it really works. People keep telling me to buy a new one as they believe I am straining the hell out of my eyes. But no, I know I am helping them adjust for their self. And it has worked my number has reduced. It is almost -.25 now and I am loving it. Some say its because I have been eating a lot of carrots. :P:)

    Great to see a success story already @vibesforlife

    It really does work but I would recommend a change of just 0.25 (from what I've heard on the FB group) this seems the most effective amount to adjust. But it sounds like you're almost home and dry with 20:20 vision again! Good for you :)
