Only just got round to reading the last part and finally replying!
I first heard about this a few months back and still wonder where I can physically go buy a eye test chart, even just to look at it for 10 mins each day retrains your eyes after time- and thats all I really wanted to start doing and now I read all this! Im not on facebook etc, but thats cool so many people are in that group! Hope to catch your blogs
Looking at the eye chart regularly will help. But there is so much more to this story...
