On another day, this butterfly will be fly. [ An art in Metamorphosis]
Hi everyone. Today I observed a cocoon that was almost ready from his asceticism, after he passed through several phases that were stolen by an adult butterfly some time ago.
This is the end of the anticipated metamorphosis, the butterfly to be born a few days later will fly in search of freedom with itself. This is the greatness of the change of form anticipated by the caterpillar that can only walk on the branches of wood.
The cocoon that wants to be born has a long body size about 5 cm with white color combined with black and yellow spots, this is where artistic value comes from the metamorphosis of this young butterfly who wants to be born.

As a scientific reference material, I would like to explain the metamorphosis process of the butterfly. Metamorphosis is a change of existence experienced by certain living beings, one of the living beings who experience metamorphosis is butterflies, butterflies experience perfect metamorphosis because of its original form which is different from the final form of which originated from the egg and then became a butterfly. Butterflies eggs are usually placed on the leaves of the tree so that the leaves can be at once the food of the caterpillar until it becomes a cocoon.
The process of butterfly metamorphosis begins with eggs, butterfly eggs can hatch within 3 to 5 days to become a larvae. The skin of the larvae is not elastic so the larvae should replace the skin when the body is enlarged by eating a lot. After undergoing several stages, the strictly larval body will undergo skin shifts, the larval skin replacement process can reach four times throughout the hermitage, the period between the turn of the larvae skin is called instar.
The middle process of this metamorphosis is the cocoon. Cocoon has a hard, smooth and generally green, brown leather structure due to camouflage with the surrounding environment. If we observe in the pupa phase it looks like a break when in it lasts the process of insect formation for 7 to 20 days depending on the species of butterflies, for this species of butterfly that I find it only takes 19 days but not yet Certainly need to experiment again for this certainty.
Furthermore, this is the day that I meet today, the little imago (butterfly) who just dumped his cocoon yesterday began to look perfect, only he was waiting for the right time to fly and leave his hermitage in the near future. He will fly freely to seek the identity and eternity of his life in the wild.
Thank you for reading my short scientific article. And this is the end of a metamorphosis of a butterfly that will live with its identity.

The cocoon is likely to be a beautiful butterfly with white and black combination.
Are you will wait for that day?
I am waiting for you to share as he comes out of the cocoon. 😏
Oh, God....
It seems that I will not wait for the day to arrive, because I am leaving tomorrow for a big expedition to
Negeri Trumon
for more precious purposes. Do you just sit watching my interesting articles and photos on my way home from there?Ahhh ... very unfortunate!
It seems you will make me jealous of your adventures with @keuudeip and @vannour! Yups, you will do it.
I really can not go on that big adventure, my son is still sick, and I have to stay at home in a few days.
It seems like you will feel a very deep jealousy.
Oooh this is a fun adventure. I am suggesting you to cry aloud so you can be calm and not jealous for it.
Ha ha ha, you are so bad.
Where are you now?
Ha ha ha LOL
Now we arrived a Capital city Bandar Aceh Darussalam
Adventure for the west and south coast of Aceh, 9 hours distance. You must be jealous, we plan to reach Barus and Banyak island in the Indian Ocean
It is true @vannour
It is also possible that we will take the sea route to get to Nias. Really this is a great adventure.
@vannour, where is your #naturalscience?!👴
In 10 minutes it will fly 👍
Wonderful post @safar01 I have never found one of these but see the eggs and the caterpillar.
Thanks @sunscape
Maybe someday will see it ...
It is beautiful @sunscape
again, i found someone so amazing.
Good post :D
Thank you for taking part in this months #culturevulture competition. Good Luck

Hi @safar01 , nice post , I upvoted you and followed you , feel free to read my posts and upvote and follow me too if you like my stuff ^^
Nice! Looks like the Glasswing Butterfly, Acraea andromacha
Nice description of the overall process. judging from the color scheme of the cocoon, that's going to be a beautiful butterfly but hey aren't they all. @safar01, hopefully you can get more photos before it exits the cocoon because you made never see it again once it begins to fly.
When it has become a butterfly it has become beautiful and captivating. A philosophy of life.
