What a wonderful find. The folk at @naturalmedicine are always talking about elderberries - I remember us having a big convo about them in our Discord about a year and a half ago. I've made both syrup and wine out of them. Try usiing the #naturalmedicine tag as there's some folk there that might be interested in this too!! xx
