I haven't really focused on adaptogens much so this is a really good free source for me to dabble with. I am thinking of making tinctures and then using the powder for culinary so we've got a good stock of it in winter. It's so fascinating and with such an abundance around us, I really do feel blessed. Lol ... I am getting grumpy about having to sit back out of the action. :)
