Make vegan milk from apricot kernels!
Greetings, herbalists! ;)
for those who did not tried to make their own nut milk (alternative non-diary)...
here is a recipe for something unusual and very medicinal!
Apricot kernels
Wash them and let them sit in clean water for several ours, until you can remove the skins easily. Be sure to choose NON-bitter variety of the apricot's kernels, despite the bitter ones are even healthier. DOSAGE IS IMPORTANT!
Some Say they could be poisonous, but others promote it as a cancer cure. Not scientifically approved (& I tested it on myself) or maybe some conspiracy?!
What they call a poison is also known as Vitamin B17!
Need to test this!
Wash again and put in a cup of pure water! Blend all till smooth and pour through a strainer. The rest of kernel nuts you can keep in a fridge!
However I tried it and tastes good with some sweet inside (dark brown sugar / stevia / honey / agave), which also lessens the raw taste because of the salts...

You can make vegan desserts with this if you wish or drink it and put it in your coffee!
I cannot guarantee if this is true to everybody. People react differently on substances....

Almond milk is very good! Do not forget to soak them overnight for activation! :) Raw almonds of course :)
