500 ml Homemade Vegetable Broth 100% Natural
4 slices of country ham
70 g of butter
70 g of flour
75 g of Emmental grated cheese
1 tbsp white pepper
1/2 tbsp of nutmeg
1 l of milk
1 large cauliflower
2 egg yolks Salt

Preparation method:
First Wash and cut the cauliflower into regular pieces, then Boil the Homemade 100% Natural Vegetable Broth of the Chicken and boil the cauliflower until it is tender. While this is happening, cut the ham into taquitos and sauté in a hot pan without oil. Then melt the butter in a separate saucepan and add the flour and let it cook for 1 minute. Pour the boiling milk and without stopping to stir, let it cook until the mixture thickens. Salt, pepper and nutmeg are added to taste. And place the bechamel in a bowl. Then the egg yolks are added to the béchamel sauce and mixed well. Then place the cauliflower, mixed with the ham, in the oven and add the salt and pepper, cover the cauliflower with the béchamel sauce and cover the grated cheese surface until it is completely covered and placed in the oven. about 10 minutes at 180 ºC.

PIZZA WITH BASE OF COLIFLOR

Ingredients:
170 g of cauliflower
1 egg
15 g of ground flax or ground almonds
Provencal herbs
Ground black pepper
Salt
Granulated garlic
Parmesan cheese to taste.

Preparation method:
First we must preheat the oven to 180ºC and prepare a tray with greaseproof paper, then we must cut the bouquets of the cauliflower and wash and drain well, then crush the cauliflower with a chopper or food processor, or use a cheese grater fine, to leave fine grainy texture.

And in a separate bowl add the egg, flax seeds or ground almonds, salt, herbs to taste, granulated garlic, cheese and salt and pepper, mix everything very well until you have a homogeneous, moist but malleable mass, spread it on the tray with the help of a spatula or a large spoon leaving it as thin as possible. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown and dry to the touch.

Then we wait a little to cool slightly and spread the ingredients that you want to taste, we can use a base of good tomato, turkey ham and cheese mixture to gratinate. Bake a few more minutes until the cheese has melted and the edges are crispy.
