**Wow - I didn't know you have done aya. I'm a little scared, to be honest, but I really would love to one day. Those buckets don't tempt me though - I'm not a fan of vomiting.     Thanks @riverflows. This was my first ceremony. I did 3 more which I'm in the process of writing up. Amazingly, I'm still learning stuff from it, over a week later. Grammarly lost all the work I did yesterday so I will have to start again on night 2. 😠
