Belena and its benefits

Belena is a biennial plant with a soft, sticky fluff and an unpleasant smell. It has a long, thick root of a dark tone and an interesting rosette of regular elliptical leaves with incised edges. A branched erect stem grows up to a meter high. The flowers of this plant are irregularly shaped, collected in leafy inflorescences. The fruit is presented in an elegant water-shaped box. Each box contains up to 500 small brown seeds.

Belena blooms from mid-May to mid-autumn. As a general rule, fruits ripen in June. This plant has a high level of seed productivity. Belena is common in North America and Eurasia, and is also often found in Australia. This plant lives on the outskirts of the fields, in the shallow waters, the wastelands, as well as in the gardens.

Belena contains scopolamine, which causes an increase in heart rate and relaxation of smooth muscles. In addition, the plant contributes to a decrease in motor activity, by having a sleeping pill, and also stops the secretion of sweat glands. The clelinolytic action is characteristic of the belens.

The prescription of medicines containing bleach is a fairly rare fact, since the amount of active substances present varies greatly depending on the time of collection. However, it should be borne in mind that this plant excellently eliminates spasms of the intestines and stomach, reducing anxiety and decreasing senile tremors. Along with this, bleached oil is an effective remedy for severe pain. Due to toxicity, the use of such an herb in folk medicine is not common. Bleached essential oils are used only for rheumatic pain.
