The lawn and its health benefits
When starting my research on the lawn, I noticed that many people worldwide use it not only to decorate their gardens, but to improve their health, since this herb has many properties.
The lawn, also known as grass, agramen, Bermuda grass, is scientifically named Cynodon dactylon, and is a botanical family Poaceae. Who can believe that these herbs that we all see daily in gardens, parks and even in our homes, possess so many wonders, even its use is not new, since natural medicines from some countries as in China herbalists often use it to treat some diseases; in India, it is applied by Ayurvedic medicine to cure some ailments, and even in this country they prepare a medicine based on this lawn called Arugampul, which is very used and traditional in this culture.
The grass is rich in potassium, which makes it a powerful diuretic and depurative. Also, these herbs have a lot of calcium, phosphorus and crude protein, which gives many health properties, among the most outstanding are:
- Helps to keep the body alkalized, which is very important to prevent many diseases caused by acids that can cause inflammations and alterations to the organism.
- It is a powerful detoxifier of the liver, since chlorophyll is ideal to purify the body of harmful substances that can affect the body.
- It is ideal as a diuretic, to purify us of the liquids that inflame our body.
- It is used to clean the lungs.
- The juice of grass is ideal to control menstrual bleeding, nose, among others.
- It is ideal for curing skin rashes.
- Helps to prevent and control urinary infections, cystitis.
- It is an antioxidant, since it contains vitamins such as A and C, which are ideal to prevent cardiovascular diseases and even cancer.
- It is also used to prevent and disintegrate kidney stones.
- It has a laxative effect.
- It is a natural antihypertensive.
Do not abuse with the consumption of this plant, this should be taken in appropriate doses and time, from there, it is vital to be in contact with your treating doctor so that both have monitored the possible reactions that this may cause .
Friends I am really fascinated with the powerful properties that this herb has, that many of us go unnoticed and nevertheless, it can be or contribute to find the possible solution to some health problems that affect us, I hope that from now on they appreciate the grass and use it for the benefit of your health and your family group.
