@heart-to-heart if you have a vita mix, i recommend make some just by putting oats and some water in a vita mix, drain the water (oat liquid) and then add more to the oats and make a porridge out of that. That is pretty creamy. Barista oatly is out too and very tasty. So many options in what one could eat, right? Since we are so accustomed to the status quo im just wondering what awesome salads grow out in the forests that we all don't even know about yet. Can't wait for the spring herbs.
