didn't know about the milk thistle though.. hehehe, still need to find it in our language first, and if you need better sleep rather than taking a pil, all you need is ginger roots, sappan wood, clove and nutmeg's leaves, cloves and cardamom, pour the hot water and add some honey or sugar cube.. trust me, you'll be so sleepy after drinking it.

thanks for sharing @organicgardener, I feel so blessed for living in Indonesia, all this spices are available anywhere in the traditional market
