Overcoming Escapism & Addiction

Escapism and Addiction are very common symptoms and coping mechanisms due to the trauma of abuse and CPTSD. I was addicted to escapism for a good number of years. I explain how I overcame that addiction and the feeling of needing to escape my reality, the reality where trauma existed, and how overcoming this helped me on my healing journey, perchance it may also help you.
