It is a glorious thing, the lemon. Since I moved to Thailand I have become torn in the eternal question of which I love more: the lime or the lemon? Most days I lean towards tropical limes but your post just now suddenly makes me realize I have missed lemons for a long time. They're expensive in Thailand but I shall look out for them next week when I am back.

Thank you so much for that lovely comment. Limes too are exceedingly wonderful fruit with such a fabulous flavours so I am glad to hear they are cheaper than lemons in Thailand. Is getting your own lemon tree an option ? Sounds like a profitable side line to have going 😉
We HAVE a lemon tree in the garden & it's not happy. 1 or maybe 2 very thick skinned lemons a year, in a good year. 😭 I need to give it 'stuff' ... not exactly what it needs tho. Most of the year limes are seriously prolific & absurdly cheap - maybe 30 fruits for $1.
