I didn't get to it today. The addition of mustard sounds so good. Tomorrow. That will be lunch.
I love the flavour of mustard in food. We are in winter right now so salads are not really my thing in the cold so I will store the recipe away.
I just got some nice organic locally grown lettuce in my CSA box and that dressing will be the perfect thing!
It absolutely will, sounds delicious.
I did make it yesterday! My daughter stopped by and I offered her a salad, and we both enjoyed the dressing. Adding the mustard makes it such a lovely color, too!
