Nature is a Part of Us
Experts recommend changing the routine and working in contact with nature at least once a week.
"Nature is fuel for the soul," says Richard Ryan, a professor of psychology at the University of Rochester, one of the authors of this research. "Often, when we feel exhausted we turn to a cup of coffee, but research suggests that a better way to get energy is to get in touch with nature."
