Great post I would never have thought to use banana peel but it makes perfect sense. I make a banana and peanut butter protein shake 3 times a week so from here on in will save the peel. Can you save the peel and put it in a baggy and freeze and use at a later date
Thanks for the comment. If you read my earlier post one banana peel use for teeth and another for face and acme treatment, it's best to use fresh peel. No need to store for long.
