ETHERINC: THE BLOCKCHAIN TO POWER THE FUTURE OF ORGANIZATIONS
The boom in internet have affected many areas of our daily lives; many alternative ways of doing things have emerged. Innovation such as blockchain technology, which leverage on this internet boom, is a typical example of a revolution in various areas of human endeavors. Individuals now enjoy peer-to-peer transactions with associated low fees, decentralized systems with no limitation or restriction and so on. However, building and running organizations have not been integrated into this new reality. Centralization, regulation, geographical barriers and many other factors have limited organizations from achieving their full potentials. Take for instance, for somebody resident in Chad Republic to work in Amazon that do not have an office in Chad Republic but in USA, he need to travel to the USA, secure the necessary work permit and pass the rigor of securing visa, flight ticket and other expensive processes. Organizations spend billions of dollars in sourcing for skilled workforce round the globe with the chances of not even getting the right skilled workforce needed to meet the demands of this digital age. At present, the beauty of decentralization occasioned by the advent of blockchain technology is not yet visible in the way organizations are ran and this present ample opportunity for more innovations. Consequently, Etherinc is building a decentralized system that will set the pathway to how organizations of the future will operate. With its own blockchain, EtherInc will develop a decentralized platform with a high bandwidth that is needed to run global organizations. Problems such as scalability, low transaction speed, high transaction charge and unviable proof of stake algorithm that hinder many popular blockchains will be fixed in the EtherInc blockchain.
EtherInc platform is designed in such a way that every organization is a smart contract on the EtherInc blockchain. The figure below is a pictorial view of the EtherInc blockchain where various organizations (members) can interact through their respective smart contracts.
The platform utilizes proposal-base system. In other worlds, to complete a complete a transaction within the EtherInc platform, you need to create a proposal which when passed, the transaction will be completed automatically. There are 17 proposal types possible in the EInc smart contract. Which are divided into two categories: voting based proposals and grade based proposals. Each of these features are integrated into the EtherInc platform and define how organizations will function for effective operation and orderliness.
To fuel the EtherInc ecosystem, an untility token (ETI) have been created. Transactions within the platform is done through the token and there are many other functions the ETI coins will perform, some of which are shown below:
The ETI coins is mineable; as a matter of fact, EtherInc has launched its Mainnet and Ropsten (TEST) Networks in Febraury 2018: 7 nodes for the Mainnet and 3 nodes for Ropsten.

As of today, EtherInc do not see any competitor and when they eventually arrive, EtherInc has all it takes to stand out among the rest. Furthermore, this is a pioneer project that will compete favorably well just as Bitcoin is in cryptocurrency.

Notable among the partnership is with Emanate, Velix.ID, Codepanel, TeamCharity and TokenSuit. These partnerships will help to drive the mission of this project and enable it achieve the targets.
