A day have turned to night for two minutes. The last total solar eclipse that was seen in a great portion of the United States happened in 1979.

Many have waited for this spectacular event. And many have traveled to the United States just to experience this events, to see the beauty that the total solar eclipse has offered and how it unfolds.

The next American solar eclipse will happen again in April 8, 2024 and will pass over cities such as Austin, Dallas, Cleveland, New York, and Montreal. This is 7 years from now, and there is plenty of time to get ready!

Where will the next Total Solar Eclipse happen?

The next total solar eclipe will happen on July 2, 2017 and will be visivle over Chile and Argentina. Its' path will begin on the mid Pacific near Pitcairn Island and will conclude over the suburbs of Buenos Aires. We hope it will be a clear sky!

Notable eclipse will happen in 2021 at Antarctica. In 2026 at the Arctic, Greenland, Iceland and Spain. In 2027 at Morocco, Spain, Algeria, Libya, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Somalia. In 2028 at Australia and New Zealand. And 2030 at Botswana, South Africa and Australia.

The UK will have to wait 73 years more to experience a total solar eclipse. It will happen in September 23, 2090. The last total eclipse that the UK experience was in 1999 which was visible in Devon and Cornwall.
