The service i am talking about is adzbuzz.
Both have pros and cons.
Narrative is a more-ish decentralized.
The part of the A community-elected Tribunal is the governing body of the network, and it has
final say on issues within the community is not present in adzbuzz but the adzbuzz's coin adzcoin has a governance in the form of masternode(or will be coming in June).

Another is the fact that ordinary users at this moment do not earn in adzbuzz. In adzbuzz their use to be activity rewards but that got abused constantly. It might of been due to the fact that earnings were form adzbuzz own funds.
This changed when adzbuzz decided enough was enough. Adzbuzz decided to halt the earning feature until a better solution was found. Adzbuzz replaced it with Proof of earn aka where use do activities such as click ads in which adzbuzz makes money and gives you the money. Many of the people in it for only the money and abused the system left. This left me and few others.
One of the community member proposed the idea of the ownership of communities. Adzbuzz is a content discovery where individuals and sites can earn. Individual blog and sites have communities. Site share the link to the site and blogs can write posts on the site. The more active the site the more the community owner/mod can earns.
The money would be funded by ads and other adzbuzz services on of them is the adzbuzz exchange. More on that later.

Communities cost a $100 at the moment each but that is going to change.
Then the community( I was part of it) proposed the idea of youtube communities ownership and it got approved.

The are 3 main currencies in adzbuzz. Two are cryptos and one is a point system.
Adzbuzz promises to use 10-50% of the profits to buy back and burn adzcoin(the main tradable crypto). The other 50% is shared to the earnings pool. Something like Narrative does.

So main decentralized crypto is adzcoin. Adzcoin will be bought and burned so decreasing supply. there is 81 Million adzcoins.
Another asset was formed by Proof of burn. This is called adscredit. Adscredit represents the stake in ad network of adzbuzz . Own 10% of all adscredit? You own 10% of the ad network in adzbuzz. You can rent your adscredit to adzbuzz so they can advertise in your behalf.
To show their support they burned all of the premined coins to the adscredit = 1million ads credit
Over 15 million adscredit were burnt.
The adscredit adzbuzz owns will be used for self funding so that more $ enarned goes to investors.

adscredit will be traded with other crypto aka bitcoin for a year now before being only traded with tazocin
The non crypto is bonus credit/community credit where you use both types of credit to buy the communities.
Community credit= must buy credit Bonus credit= credit you earn.
So where did i fit into this?
I was the one who proposed the idea of renting adscredit, I got inspired by steem rental degations and told them my plan. Where you can rent people to use your adscredit to advertise.
I was one of the few "leading" the charge to add masternode aka a type of governance to adzbuzz :)

One of the major earners will be the adzbuzz exchange.
What is the adzbuzz exchange?
In short it basically an exchange in which every trader-buyer and seller- benefit not just token holders. In not like kucoin in which only the coin holder get a fee share, every trader in adzbuzz does.

Here is my somewhat biased comparison of adzbuzz to Narrative:

Narrative is a Content Economy, generating rewards for content creators, moderators, and others who positively contribute to the quality of content on the network. Hmm.. where did i hear that from
Narrative is the world’s public journal. There are three types of content channels on Narrative: Personal Journals, Niches (subject-based collections), and Brands Hmm...A personal blog.... A niche aka sites....and brands another site....Hmm
Users can follow specific Narrative channels and view a stream of all content they track. All content is public, curated and managed by elected moderators.
Hmm.....
Best of all, 85% of all revenues generated by the network flow directly to the active participants (e.g., content creators, active participants, moderators, and other positive influencers). This is sounding really similar to something am I right?
The Narrative organization (“Organization”) manages the software development, technical infrastructure and product marketing, but has no role in moderating users or content.
Hmm...I am having deja vu right?
Narrators are essentially owners in the system, because everyone has an equal chance at prospering, based on the quality of their own actions in the network.

Niche A Niche is a subject-oriented channel that any Narrator can post to. Niches are created by Narrators, but each must be unique and must be approved by a vote of all Narrators who are “Rep Pos” (have a positive reputation). Every authorized niche must have one owner and one or more moderators. These owners and moderators earn Network Rewards, based on the overall popularity of each Niche.
So it kinda like adzbuzz community feature with the share have rights features.

Founders:
Any person that contributes 60 NEO or more in the Narrative Token Sale will be classified as a “Founder” when they register on the network using the same email account they used for the Token Sale. Founders will receive the following special rewards: Niche Ownership Advantage: when we launch our early alpha, codenamed Chaucer, in March 2018, only Founders will be allowed to reserve/ purchase new niches for the first two weeks. NO CRYPTO BARRIERS:
Cryptocurrency is not highly adopted yet. Thus, the network cannot thrive and compete with other networks if it requires its users to use cryptocurrency. Thus, advertisers will have the option to pay with fiat currency and network rewards can also be received in fiat currency (through a crypto/fiat conversion process)

Both Owners and Moderators of a Niche are compensated for their efforts by participating in Network Rewards, based on the overall popularity of their channel, compared to others.
This is like our community earning feature.

Owners must pay an annual fee to purchase the Niche. If they fail to renew the fee, the Niche is re-listed for a new Owner. Annual fees are paid in NRVE tokens. So it like our community feature expect renwas are needed.** I think adzbuzz might need to do that but just a low renewal fee like $1 a year fee nulike Narrative. This $1 fee will show if the account is active and just getting rewards. if not paid a 30 period lock in period before going auto sold Food for thought**

Revenue: on every user profile, Narrative will display the revenue earned by that user currently and all time (with graphs). In addition, each content item will display how much it has earned the creator. Network rewards each month will also be summarized (revenue per source and how distributed). The platform will also display how much advertisers pay for each ad (historical log). Fiat conversation fees collected by the Organization will also be made available for anyone to see.

Wait a second adzbuzz does that too!

Approval of Ads: Advertisements must also be reviewed in advance to ensure that they meet the standards the community of users adheres to
Adzbuzz has it to but a stake system

However, the Organization is guaranteed to always receive at least 15% of all network revenue.
Adzbuzz doesn't do that directly. Adzbuzz has a stake in the system as such they will be forced to make adzbuzz better since they have a direct stake in adzbuzz. And elected masternodes
