Says it was never activated, likely no funds on it but

...just in case, how do I open it and such?

I put the address into the block explorer, that is how I know it was not activated.
It said no transmissions can enter until it is active. Likely none were sent, but I
got to check! LOL

If anyone can help, I just need a start in the right direction.
