nano s firmware update

Hello Steemians
I hope you are not down too much on your crypto holding and you are not as frustrated as I am with those pesky bots...im sure they are in a large part , some of the reason why things seem to be bearish at the moment.
Reason for this post is although im still a newb to the crypto space with the power of you tube and other social media i have managed to perform a few actions myself....not having someone to show in person can be frustrating for a kinesthic learner like myself..
Yesterday my Nano seemed to freeze during the downloading off the latest nano s firmware update....i have managed to load it correctly today however it would appear that my balances of LTC,BTC and ETH have vanished? it not the end of the world as it was only a handful of satoshi each but im looking for some help if anyone knows how to retrieve those satoshi and ask has anyone else had same issues
please this is both a request for help and a heads up in case it isn't something i have done and could be a flaw with the nano.....please share as widely as possible because if it isn't something that i have done wrong i wouldn't like to see anyone loose there coins/tokens....
