He brought nano when it was dart cheap at the price of 1 cent or less in march 2017. He brought about 2 million nano at that time. That cost him about 25 - 30k USD.
He started dumping his nano in Feb 2018 and has been slowly dumping them in exchanges. And that's the reason nano price has gone down a lot recently. The account already dumped most of his nano so when he stops dumping, it is expected that the nano price will bounce back again.
